Cancellation Policy
Rustic Rose Aesthetics confirms all appointments 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or make changes to your upcoming appointment please do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment to avoid service charge. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no call no show will be charged 100% of the service and 20% gratuity will be added. Rustic Rose Aesthetics allows a 15 minute grace period, please call to let us know you will be running late. Clients who are later than 15 minutes will result in being asked to reschedule and will be charged 100% of the service.
